Date: 22-Dec-2009 Due to the importance of the Employees & Company"s performance Evaluation System in respect of the final outcome, and as many researchers and management experts see that performance systems are the success key for corporate performance, KIC Training & Development Office conducted a performance evaluation workshop in the company"s premises on 22nd Dec, 2009. The workshop targeted all managers involved in employees" evaluation with the goal of raising the managers" awareness of the applied system along with exploring their opinions and views. The workshop also aimed to raise managers" efficiency in the process of performance management of their employees during the evaluation year. |
