The Investor Relations unit is established to keep pace with the aspirations of the local and international financial markets and providing a safe environment for shareholders. In addition to expanding its’ activities and focus on the successful investments which is reflected on the company’s’ share price and liquidity.
The unit is responsibilities are:
- Educating shareholders about the company's activities, financial performance and strategic directions.
- Communicate with the company's shareholders to answer their inquiries and questions.
- Communicate with shareholders to facilitate the exercising their right to attend and vote in general assemblies.
- Building links between the board of directors and the company's executive management; and current and potential investors and all interested parties.
